The Fat32 format has a 4 gig file size limit. Any card at 128gb or smaller when formatted in camera will automatically format to Fat32. However, any card larger than 128gb in newer Canon DSLRs, including the 5D4 of course, will format the card to Exfat instead of Fat32. This format does not have a file size limit.
